NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
Home buyers can incorrectly assume that a new home does not need to be inspected. A professional third-party inspection is necessary to check for any defects the builder might have overlooked. This gives the buyer an opportunity for repair before closing on the home.

11TH MONTH INSPECTION
Many builders offer a one year warranty on new homes. This inspection is a thorough examination of the home for any deficiencies that have occurred since you moved in.

FOUR POINT INSPECTION
Four point inspection is an abbreviated inspection that includes only structure, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Cost: $300
